🎪 The Amazing Digital Circus: The Last Act — June 5 Stage Greeting Report (Spoiler-Free)

On June 5, I attended the in-theater stage greeting for “The Amazing Digital Circus: The Last Act” 🎪

The five cast members on stage were Oka Chiyoda (Pomni), Soichiro Sugawara (Jax & Caine), Shiori Honma (Ragatha), Ryota Kuga (Kinger & Bubble), and Reika Oh (Zooble & Gangle)!
They shared so much love for their characters.

Comments from Shiori Honma, Ryota Kuga, Soichiro Sugawara, Oka Chiyoda & Reika Oh

Honma reflected thoughtfully, saying, “I’ve been a voice actor since I was 18, and this project finally feels like the moment I’ve been waiting for.” She also shared how moving it’s been to feel that real connection with fans 🥹

Kuga said he poured everything he had into this role — “I don’t think there’s been a project I’ve thrown myself into quite like this one!”

Sugawara looked back on working alongside the English voice cast, Michael and Alex, saying “I really feel like we grew together through this project.”

Chiyoda looked back on the early days, saying “When I first saw the 2023 pilot, I honestly had no idea where the story was headed” — and encouraged everyone to “definitely check out the dubbed version!”

Oh shared that she’d never had the chance to work with overseas voice actors before this project came along — and even talked about going shopping together at Japanese stores when the English cast visited Japan ✨

Q&A Corner: The Cast Reveals Their Favorite Episodes!

When asked about their favorite episode,
Sugawara said, “Zooble looked so cool wielding four guns in episode 6!”

Honma shared, “Episodes 1 and 2 were such a joy to watch through Ragatha’s eyes —
there were so many characters, and it was a blast to take it all in.”

Asked about the most memorable interaction with another character,
Kuga said, “The conversation between Kinger and Pomni in episode 3 completely changed how I saw them both — and I love their exchange in episode 6 too.”

Chiyoda said, “The conversation with Ragatha — with that perfectly subtle sense of distance between them — really stuck with me.” 🎬

It was such a heartwarming event — you could really feel how much the cast loves their characters 🎪
