On Saturday, August 1, 2026, the “Myaku-Myaku Greeting Event” will be held at the EXPO 2025 official café, Lapoppo LINKS UMEDA 🎉

Lottery reservations open on Friday, July 10 — that’s just around the corner, so if you’re interested, check it out right away!

Myaku-Myaku Greeting Event Comes to Umeda, Osaka on August 1, 2026 🎉

This event is hosted by Shirohato Foods Co., Ltd.

It’s taking place at the EXPO 2025 official café, Lapoppo LINKS UMEDA (1F, LINKS UMEDA, 1-1 Ofukacho, Kita-ku, Osaka).

It’s a one-day-only event on Saturday, August 1, 2026, split into three sessions: 10:00–11:50 AM, 12:00–1:50 PM, and 2:00–3:50 PM.

Each session includes about an hour of dining time, followed by a 30-minute greeting and photo session with Myaku-Myaku.

Each session is limited to 34 guests and requires a reservation through a lottery system, so it’s best to apply early if you’re interested.

The price is ¥20,000 per seat (¥22,000 tax included), and infants can join for free if seated on a lap 👶

The event-day meal features a limited-edition lunch plate: the “Myaku-Myaku Special Grown-Up Lunch”!

It’s as adorable as it sounds, and definitely photo-worthy 🍽️

The venue will also offer an exclusive Myaku-Myaku cushion, mug, and plate.

These items are only available at the event, so if you’re able to attend, be sure to check them out.

On top of that, an early release lineup drops on Sunday, August 2, including a Myaku-Myaku baked mascot, a puffy baked-mascot keychain, an acrylic keychain, a wobbly Myaku-Myaku glass, and a round Myaku-Myaku mug!

Lottery Reservations Open Friday, July 10 — Here’s How to Enter ⏰

📍 Note for international readers: This is an in-person event in Osaka, Japan. The lottery reservation form is in Japanese only and may require a Japanese phone number and address to apply.

To attend, you’ll need to apply through the lottery-based reservation system.

Entries are open from 11:00 AM on Friday, July 10 through 11:59 PM on Monday, July 13, with results scheduled to be announced at 1:00 PM on Friday, July 17. You can apply through the official reservation site!

We recommend checking the official Lapoppo Myaku-Myaku Greeting Event reservation page as soon as possible!

Keep in mind that reservations can’t be cancelled or changed once confirmed, so double-check your schedule before applying.

Also note that media coverage will only be present during the first session (10:00–11:50 AM), and after 4:00 PM the café returns to normal operations with no greeting sessions — so be careful not to mix up the times 📅
