🌈 We Went to Design Festa Vol.62!! 🎉
We did it!! ✨✨
We attended Design Festa Vol.62, held on Saturday and Sunday, November 15–16, 2025 — and it was our very first time!! 🎉💖
First Design Festa ever, and we were absolutely buzzing with nerves and excitement 💓 We took tons of photos at all kinds of booths 📸✨✨ (…they didn’t turn out as great as we hoped when we looked back at them 💔)
The venue is the iconic Tokyo Big Sight — genuinely overwhelming in scale 🌇💨 This shot was taken from inside the Yurikamome monorail 🐓
Doors opened at 10:00 AM and we arrived just a little after — it was packed, but getting in was surprisingly smooth 🎟️💨
Through the entrance gates, the first area is West Hall 1F 🎪🎶 — home to the “All Genres” and “Show Stage” blocks. This was our starting point for exploring everything!
✨ Figures & Sofubi Everywhere — Treasure Hunting in the Dolls & Toys Area! 💎🎠
Absolutely packed with things to see — welcome to the Dolls & Toys area 🎡💕 Sofubi figures and 3D-printed works as far as the eye could see ✨✨
💥 HUMAN ROBOT 💥 had a massive line — you could just feel the hype from across the room 🔥
The gacha machines had no queue, so of course we had a spin 🎰💕 (What did we get…? Hehe, that’s for next time 🎁)
And then — known for “stone plushie picking” 💫 — we spotted work by Rina Oguri (@rina_oguri) 🥔💖
We really wanted the “just a branch plushie”… but by the time we got there, it was already sold out 😭💔
Next up: “Animal Planet” (@animal2023jp) 🪐🐾
The giant scallop puppet (?) lets you put your hand inside and make it chomp — SO much fun 🐚✨
🌟 Art Studio “SHOT!” 🌟 also had a line — we queued up and grabbed something 🍮💞
🌟 Total Chaos in the Fashion Area — Our Wallet Did Not Survive 💸💕
Next stop: the Fashion area in South Hall 1F — let’s go 👟💨
Absolutely heaving with people 💥 The energy in there was intense! Cuteness overload at every turn 🌈💕

🍄 A MUSHROOM BAG?!
The moment we saw it we screamed (internally) and grabbed one immediately 🍄🌀👜
The booth was full of bags with the most gorgeous, fluffy ruffles — absolutely worth hyping 🌟
PAWAG’s booth was equally devastating 🎀🧸
Every single bag was what we can only describe as “violence by cuteness.” Not one miss in the whole lineup.
…We somehow walked away with four bags 💣
Multiple 10,000-yen notes happily skipped off into the sunset ☺️👍
And finally — Uchuneko’s “Big Eyeball Headdress” 👁️🎩✨
The color combos, the giant googly eyes, every single detail hit exactly right — we could not stop grinning 💓
